Over the last 37 years Jim Pallant has been involved in the real estate market in Port Lincoln starting off as an employee of a Pastoral House selling real estate and since 1984 as a Commission Salesperson for Elders Real Estate at Port Lincoln where a sound knowledge of local values has been gained.
On the 18th October 1991 Jim Pallant opened his own Real Estate Office at 39 Liverpool Street, Port Lincoln. Jim had a sound knowledge of the real estate market on Eyre Peninsula having been a Branch Manager at Wudinna office of Elders Pastoral from 1997 to 1982, prior to shifting to Port Lincoln.
The office grew quickly with the employment of a receptionist and then an additional sales person.
On the 22nd May 1995 the business moved into the present premises located at 26 Tasman Terrace, Port Lincoln employing a Property Manager to assist with the property management of the residential rental properties.
The office now has at present 7 staff members including the principal.
The office of Jim Pallant provides a complete service including residential sales, property management, business, commercial and industrial sales and community & strata management. The office services the Lower Eyre Peninsula from Port Lincoln and surrounding towns, specialising in and around near by towns of Tumby Bay, Coffin Bay, Cleve, Cummins and Elliston and all small towns between them and will be prepared to service the towns of Wudinna, Lock and Cowell.
The office is a member of the Real Estate Institute of South Australia and the Society of Auctioneers and Appraisers (SA) Inc.
