Best Practice

Well over 20 years ago the Principal Jim Pallant began attending the Robert Bevan “Best Practice” Annual Retreats where a collection of Real Estate Agents from all over Australia and New Zealand attend to swap ideas. The main reason for attending was to collect as many ideas as possible from experienced real estate agents in the industry and develop the best system to run a Real Estate Office and to keep up to date with what’s happening in the industry.

Right from the very start Jim Pallant was determined that the development of a quality driven system that would lift the service performance of the office to even greater heights would be implemented, and assure all Jim Pallant Real Estate clients a consistent level of service.

What does a Best Practice system mean for our clients
Jim Pallant Real Estate has worked hard to develop the best systems and documented procedures to make sure that every customer:
  • Is assured of working with an established and reputable firm.
  • Experience excellent customer service.
  • Achieves the highest possible price for their property.
  • Receives effective and informative communication.
  • Encounters a friendly, co-operative and experienced team.
  • Acknowledges that we come highly recommended.
To achieve Best Practice our office must:
  • Attend as often as possible training sessions with the Real Estate Institute of SA, Robert Bevan “Best Prac- tice” training and other external training organisations.
  • Develop systems and document procedures to describe all aspects of the business.
  • Develop and document office management systems.
  • Regularly review and update our quality systems.
  • Attend on-going training to keep up to date and identify opportunities for improvement.
