I have known Jim & Sue Pallant for over 20 years in their capacity as Real Estate Agents and Property Managers and this has grown into a friendship. AS the property was located in a prime location of Port Lincoln overlooking Boston Bay we wanted to achieve a sale which all my family would be happy with. On the recommendation from Jim to go to Auction we were very pleased with the marketing including the open inspections and had a very good crowd attend on the day of the auction. While the property did not sell at auction were pleased that it did sell when another buyer offered a price above what was offered at auction.
